3 killed as boat capsizes in Lake Buhi

Three boat passengers were killed when their vessel capsized in Camarines Sur's Lake Lake Buhi Sunday evening, GMA News stringer Peewee Bacuño reported.

The fatalities, along with three other missing passengers and three rescued passengers, had come from a wake in Barangay Ipil. They were sailing home to Barangay San Buena when their boat overturned.

Buhi police and emergency services have mounted a search-and-rescue effort for the still missing passengers. — DVM, GMA News
