Site of deadly Sultan Kudarat blast
With banderitas still strewn around the area, investigators have set up a boundary around the site of a deadly bomb blast that petrified a town festival in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat on Tuesday night.
The town was celebrating its Hamungaya Festival when a bomb went off near a gas station at Barangay Kalawag and claimed the lives of at least two people and injured 36 others.
YouScooper Peter Evangelista, who came across the blast site the next day, shared a close look at what became of a motorcycle that was reportedly parked near an ukay-ukay store when the blast happened.
A full alert status in the entire Mindanao has been ordered by Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde following the attack. — Margaret Claire Layug/MDM, GMA News
