PNPA cadets to face raps over ‘oral sex punishment’ for underclassmen

Three Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) cadets will be slapped with criminal and administrative charges for forcing two underclassmen to perform oral sex on each other as a punishment, said Academy Director Chief Superintendent Joseph Adnol Tuesday.

A report by Jonathan Andal on Super Radyo dzBB quoted Adnol as saying the incident happened on October 6 behind the barracks for third year cadets in Silang, Cavite .

Adnol said the incident involved a third year cadet ordering two freshmen cadets to perform oral sex as punishment for allegedly committing several violations, the nature of which was not immediately known.

The PNPA official said that two other third year cadets present during the incident did nothing and just watched the two underclassmen get punished, Adnol said.

“The Philippine National Police Academy is filing an admin case against the respondent cadet, while the victims are filing separate criminal case against respondent cadet,” Adnol said.

The report said the upperclassmen would be facing hazing charges.

This is the second scandal in seven months to hit the PNPA, following an incident in March where six graduating upperclassmen were beaten up by 40 PNPA cadets on their graduation day. — Joviland Rita/MDM, GMA News
