Dogs rescued by animal welfare advocates from Bataan fire


Animal welfare advocates rescued several dogs after a fire hit 900 houses in Orion, Bataan on Tuesday, according to a report of Mav Gonzales on 24 Oras Saturday.

One person and some dogs died in the fire.

The dog that survived were rescued with the help of animal welfare advocates.

One of the dogs was adopted by Jonah Lynne Enriquez, who brought the dog to their animal shelter in Samal.

She named the lucky pooch Snow White.

Other survivor dogs were fed and treated.

"Mabigat sa kalooban na nakikita na may mga sugatang aso at walang makain kaya po pumunta kami dito para magbigay, magpaabot ng tulong," animal welfare advocate Lara Patricia Cruz said.
