2 cadavers recovered from Iloilo coast
Two lifeless bodies were found by authorities at a coast in Dumangas town, Iloilo on Tuesday.
According to a report by Ian Cruz on GMA News TV's Balitanghali, the victims were both males who could possibly be among the passengers of the three motorized boats that capsized on Saturday.
One of the retrieved victims was estimated to be around 30 years old. He was found wearing a navy blue top and black short pants. He also has many tattoos.
The other was wearing a yellow shirt and blue shorts.
Their bodies were recovered in the waters off Dumangas town where 11 other dead victims from M/B Jenny Vince have been previously found.
Authorities will bring the cadavers to Iloilo City for verification of their identities to confirm if they are indeed among the passengers of the boats involved in the tragic mishap.
Search and rescue operations continue as six persons are still missing, according to authorities.—Dona Magsino/LDF, GMA News
