11-year-old boy strangled to death in Bago City, Negros Occidental

Eleven-year old boy was strangled to death in Bago City, Negros Occidental, according to a report on Unang Balita.

The suspect was identified as a cousin with mental disorder.

According to the investigation into the case, the victim was playing with the 28-year-old suspect on a hammock.

The suspect allegedly used the rope from the hammock to strangle the victim.

The motive behind the killing is not yet known.

The suspect issued different statements on the incident. He said the victim was strangled while he was playing with the rope.
