2 drug suspects nabbed in CamSur buy-bust operation

Two drug suspects were arrested by authorities after a buy-bust operation in Iriga City, Camarines Sur.

According to a Sunday report on Balitanghali by Bernadette Reyes, the suspects, a man and a woman, tried to resist arrest, with the man lying down on the ground and the woman bursting into tears.

Police said the target of the operation was the woman's mother, but she was not around at the time.

Authorities seized the marked money and two sachets of suspected shabu from the suspects.

The woman initially denied being a drug dealer, but the man ratted her out.
