Whirlwind reported in Sorsogon amid heavy Ulysses rains, winds

Some parts of Bicol region, still reeling from the effects of Super Typhoon Rolly, felt the wrath of Typhoon Ulysses, according to an Unang Balita report on Thursday.

In Sorsogon, a whirlwind was reported amid strong winds and rains. Motorists had a hard time on the streets due to zero visibility.

Ulysses' wrath was also felt strongly in Santa Magdalena and Pilar, both in Sorsogon, where several trees were uprooted, as well as in Minalabac, Camarines Sur and in Bato, Catanduanes. --KBK, GMA News
