Crime of passion, grudge seen as likely motives as woman shot on head in Tanauan


A 30-year-old woman was killed after she was shot on the head while she was on her way to work at a dental clinic in Tanauan, Batangas.

According to Paul Hernandez's report on GMA Regional TV's "Balitang Southern Tagalog", Kisha Anne Pamplona was shot while on a tricycle in Barangay Santor.

The victim was said to be a kind and friendly person and her loved ones are a loss why she would be killed.

Police said she was likely followed and that the attack had been planned.

Police Major Aldrin Atienza of the Tanauan police said investigators are looking at a crime of passion or a personal grudge as a likely motive in the case. —NB, GMA News
