11 missing as floods, landslides hit Catanduanes town

Ten barangays and three sitios in San Miguel, Catanduanes were isolated due to massive floods and landslides, Balitanghali reported on Wednesday.

According to San Miguel Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office (DRRMO), 11 individuals were reported missing and 25 carabaos drowned due to the flood.

Meanwhile, residents of Barangay Fundado in Siruma, Camarines Sur were also affected by chest-deep floodwaters.

According to PAGASA, a low pressure Area and a shear line had brought rain to the Bicol region.

In Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, eight barangays were also flooded including Barangay Andres Ilagan, causing delays to some motorists.
