12-year-old dies, 28 injured as jeep falls off cliff in Quirino

A 12-year-old student died while 28 passengers sustained injuries after a jeepney fell off a cliff in Diffun, Quirino.

Based on the initial investigation, the vehicle lost its brake while plying the narrow road in a portion of Barangay Gregorio Pimentel.

Authorities are investigating if the vehicle had been overloaded.
