Fisherman hurt in shark attack in Bolinao, Pangasinan

A fisherman was hurt after he was attacked by a shark in Bolinao, Pangasinan, according to a report on "Saksi" Thursday.

In the video by the Bolinao MDRRMC obtained by GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon, the fisherman suffered a large gash on his left thigh after he was bitten by the shark while fishing out at sea.

He received immediate treatment by the rescue team of the Bolinao MDRRMO before he was brought to the hospital.

Authorities issued a warning for the fishermen and the general public to be cautious when venturing into the sea to avoid a similar incident. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
