4-year-old boy playing in creek drowns in Cebu City

A four-year old boy drowned in a creek in Cebu City.

According to a report on "Saksi," the victim was playing in the creek when he went after a floating plastic bottle.

He went under the water after he reached a deep portion of the creek.

It took two hours before he was found.

His father tried to resucitate the victim but it was too late.
