House in Minalabac, Camarines Sur damaged by waterspout

A house located in the middle of a rice field in Minalabac, Camarines Sur was damaged by a waterspout, according to the report of GMA Regional TV Balitang Bicolandia on "Saksi".

The couple living in the house, both senior citizens, were safe.
