Motorcycle rider hit, dragged by cement mixer truck in Cebu City

A motorcycle rider was killed after he was hit and dragged by a cement mixer truck in Cebu City.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the driver of the truck was unable to see the motorcycle rider, who tried to overtake.
