18-year old female biker killed by speeding SUV in Leyte

An 18-year year old female cyclist died after being hit by a Sports Utility Vehicle in Albuera, Leyte.

According to a Balitanghali Report on Tuesday, the 18-year-old victim Sydney Bismonte, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, was on her bicycle along the National Highway when she was struck by the SUV.

The SUV allegedly tried to overtake a vehicle and struck the victim who was on the opposite lane of the highway head on.— Jiselle Casucian/RF, GMA Integrated News
