Patient doesn't reach hospital on time after ambulance mishap

A patient in critical condition didn't reach the hospital in time after the ambulance lost control and turned to its side in Sorsogon City.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office thinks the driver lost control he was in a hurry to get to the hospital.

The slippery road due to rains may have also been a factor.
