Headless corpse with dragon tattoo found on Carmona roadside

A headless and naked corpse was found at a dense portion of the side of the diversion road in Barangay Lantic in Carmona, Cavite on Saturday.

According to Saleema Refran's report on "24 Oras," the body bore a tattoo on its chest and had abrasions and bruises.

Carmona police investigators said the decapitation was done cleanly, an apparent work of a professional.

They are looking at the man's fingerprints and tattoo to establish his identity.

Police are considering the roadside where the body was found as a secondary crime scene.

This means the body was only left in the area and the killinng was done some place else.

Investigators have informed the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission because of the possibility that the victim was a foreigner.

The PAOCC said it had several records of similar incidents.

PNP and PAOCC data showed that from January to November last year, 66 foreign-looking cadavers have been found in Central Luzon and Southern Tagalog.

Thirty-four have been identified. The rest are still being investigated,

The PAOCC has communicated with the Chinese Embassy and other foreign posts for the identification of the bodies found. —NB, GMA Integrated News
