Magnitude 5.0 quake jolts Davao Occidental

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake hit southwest of Jose Abad Santos in Davao Occidental early Tuesday morning, PHIVOLCS reported.

The quake, was tectonic in origin occurred at a depth of 169 kilometers at 5:15 a.m.

There are no damages expected but aftershocks may occur, PHIVOLCS added. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
