One killed, another hurt after helmet-less motorcycle riders collide in Quirino

One rider was killed while the other is in critical condition after their motorcycles collided in Diffun, Quirino.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," one of the riders was speeding when the accident happened.

Both had no helmets on.

Meanwhile, members of a family, including two children, were hit by a tricycle in Quiapo, Manila. 

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the victims were walking on the sidewalk when they were hit and dragged by the tricycle.

They are being treated in a hospital.
