Arroyo seeks reelection as Pampanga representative

Former president and incumbent Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has filed her certificate of candidacy (COC) to formalize her reelection in the House of Representatives in Eleksyon 2025.

Arroyo is running under Lakas-CMD where she is the chairman emeritus.

"I have officially declared my candidacy for a second term as Congresswoman of the second district of Pampanga, where I am committed to addressing the needs and priorities of my constituency and the province of Pampanga," Arroyo said in a previous statement.
