8-year-old rescued from big waves in Dumaguete City

Two men rescued an eight-year-old boy caught up in strong and massive waves in Dumaguete City.

As seen in a Saksi report on Wednesday, the path was also slippery so other people had to use a rope to get them out of the water.

According to the police, the boy was swimming alone when he found it difficult to get out of the water.
