DSWD counseling girl ganged up by minors in Bulacan
The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has reached out to the girl in the viral video who was seen being physically harmed by fellow minors in Bulacan.
According to Glen Juego’s report on Super Radyo dzBB on Wednesday, DSWD spokesperson Aileen Dumlao said they already identified and visited the minors caught in the video.
She added that the DSWD also provided debriefing and psychological first aid to the girl and the other minors involved. The department is eyeing other interventions to offer to those involved, the report also said.
Aside from DSWD social workers, personnel from the Philippine National Police - Women and Children Desk also visited the families of the minors in the video.
