K-9 dog gets promoted along with 200 cops in Taytay, Rizal

More than 200 Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel were promoted in a ceremony conducted in Taytay, Rizal that included a K-9 dog, according to a report on "Saksi."

The shih tzu poodle mix was promoted to a rank of Corporal named Tiger.
