Man hurt in explosion at town hall in Maguindanao del Sur

A 31-year-old man was injured after an explosion rocked the municipal hall of Buluan, Maguindanao del Sur on the evening of Good Friday, April 18, 2025.

Police said three alleged grenades were thrown by motorcycle-riding suspects and went off in front of the municipal hall, which resulted in the victim getting wounded.

A vehicle parked in the area also caught fire.

The suspects fled after the incident.

Investigation is ongoing to identify them and determine the motive.

Pieces of evidence are now under the custody of the police. — GMA Regional TV
