The NLEX Corporation has posted an advisory on the situation along NLEX, SCTEX, and NLEX Connector as of 3:30 a.m. on July 22, 2025.

NLEX Harbor Link Interchange to Velnzuela Interchange Northbound

• Water subsided at Valenzuela
• Slow moving, passable to all types of vehicles

After Valenzuela Interchange to Libtong, Meycauayan Northbound

• Water build up at the Rightmost Lane (Lane 4)
• Slow moving. Leftmost and Middle Lanes (Lanes 1, 2, 3) are passable to all types of vehicles

NLEX Harbor Link Interchange (going to Mindanao exit/NLEX Northbound)

• Approximately 3.5-kilometer traffic build up

Marilao to Valenzuela Interchange Southbound

• Stalled vehicles at Valenzuela occupying Leftmost and Middle Lanes (Lanes 1, 2)
• Slow moving. Ongoing retrieval of involved vehicles
• Water has subsided
