3-year-old boy missing in Bataan found dead

The three-year-old boy who went missing on Tuesday after he was believed to have been swept away by a strong current was found dead in Dalupihan, Bataan on Friday.

In Oscar Oida’s exclusive report in “24 Oras”, the victim’s body was found in Barangay Maligaya, which is two barangays away from Barangay Tubo-Tubo where could have been carried away by the current.

He was also laid to rest earlier in the day.

It was earlier reported that the child was nowhere to be found in his bed on Tuesday morning. Her mother believes the toddler followed his brothers who went swimming in a nearby river.

Their neighbors and local authorities helped in finding the child who was supposed to celebrate his third birthday on Wednesday. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/BAP, GMA Integrated News
