4 people including 3 kids killed by cement mixer in Bansalan, Davao del Sur

Four people were killed, including three children who were just walking by the road, after a cement mixer truck lost its brakes while traveling through Bansalan in Davao del Sur.

According to the driver’s helper, they were traveling through Barangay Managa when the truck lost its brakes and suddenly veered left and hit an uneven patch of ground, killing the truck driver.

The impact caused the cement mixer to hit the three minors aged nine, 10, and 12, as reported by Rgil Relator on GMA’s “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday.

The helper said he informed the driver that there were some a problem with the brakes before they proceeded with their trip.
