Magnitude 5.0 earthquake jolts San Vicente, Northern Samar 

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake hit the waters off San Vicente, Northern Samar on Thursday evening, Phivolcs said.

The earthquake of tectonic origin was recorded 7 kilometers north of San Vicente at 6:21 p.m.
