3 wounded in SUV crash in La Paz, Iloilo City

A speeding sports utility vehicle smashed into the rear of a parked truck in La Paz, Iloilo City, injuring the SUV’s three occupants.

According to a report on “State of the Nation” on Thursday, CCTV footage showed the SUV at high speed when it crashed into the truck that was parked along one side of the road.

The SUV’s driver and two passengers were injured in the accident, while the SUV was severely damaged.

The police’s investigation revealed that the SUV’s occupants were drunk and that the driver may have possibly dozed off while driving. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/GMA Integrated News
