Modern jeepney driver shot dead by ‘passenger’ in Antipolo City

A driver of a modern jeepney was shot dead by someone who pretended to be a passenger in Antipolo City, Rizal.

According to a report in “24 Oras” on Monday, the camera inside the vehicle caught how the suspect closely shot the victim. 

The jeepney conductor told the police that they were on duty on early Friday morning, December 19 when the suspect flagged them. The suspect even asked how much the fare was and when the driver responded, he shot him. 

The suspect immediately fled with a motorcycle without plate number.
