Ipo Dam gate open to release water —PAGASA

One gate of Ipo Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan remained open on Saturday to release water, data from PAGASA showed.

The said gate was open at 0.30 m, with water being discharged at a rate of 48.60 cubic meters per second (cms).

On Friday, one gate of Ipo Dam was also open, but at an opening of 0.8 meters, with water discharge rate of 96 cms.

At 8 a.m. on Saturday, Ipo Dam's water level at its reservoir was at 100.97 meters, near the spilling level of 101.10 meters.
