Marcos gives cash aid, medical equipment to Cebu hospital

President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. on Thursday provided monetary assistance and other medical equipment to the Cebu Provincial Hospital.

According to Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro, the Office of the President donated P5 million to the said hospital, as well as 20 wheelchairs and some medicines. 

Marcos vowed to provide guaranteed and accessible medication for Cebuanos, Castro said. 

The President also led the turnover ceremony of medical equipment, including portable X-ray and ultrasound machines, for other provincial hospitals.  — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
