Rider dead after being trapped in burning motorcycle in Ilocos Norte

A motorcycle rider died after he was trapped in his burning vehicle in Laoag, Ilocos Norte. 

According to a report in “Balitanghali” on Tuesday, the victim crashed into a parked SUV along a bridge. The SUV passenger said they parked on the side after running out of fuel. 

The SUV passenger added that their hazard light was on and they waved a flashlight to warn oncoming motorists.

The motorcycle was engulfed in flames after hitting the parked SUV. 

Meanwhile, the passenger of the motorcycle is still being treated in the hospital. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/ VAL, GMA Integrated News
