Woman hit by ambulance going counterflow in Rizal

A woman, who was crossing the Batasan-San Mateo road, was hit by one of two ambulances going counterflow due to traffic congestion, according to a report on "24 Oras" Tuesday.

The impact was strong as the woman, after she was hit fell then rolled towards the motorcycle of the video uploader.

The ambulance, which came from San Mateo, Rizal, immediately stopped and its passengers approached the victim.

According to the uploader, the woman was brought by the ambulance to the hospital for treatment.

Officials of Barangay Ampid in San Mateo, Rizal admitted that they owned the ambulance that was seen in the video.
