Magnitude 5.8 quake hits off the coast of Davao Oriental

A 5.8-magnitude earthquake hit southeast of Tarragona, Davao Oriental late Friday evening, PHIVOLCS reported.

The quake, which occurred at 10:57 p.m. was tectonic in origin with a depth of 10 kilometers.

There are no expected damage, according to PHIVOLCS.
