Dog accidentally dragged by tricab in Misamis Oriental

A dog tied to a tricab was accidentally dragged by the vehicle in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental.

According to a GMA Regional TV report in “Saksi” on Wednesday, police said the tricab driver is a relative of the dog’s owner. 

The driver said he did not realize the dog was still tied to the vehicle's rear bumper until other motorists called his attention that the canine was running behind the tricab.

Apparently, the dog’s owner would tie the animal to the vehicle every night to guard it. 

The dog was declared to be in good condition and was returned to its owner after a visit to the vet. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/RF, GMA Integrated News
