Fire hits site of initiation rites that killed maritime student in Cavite 

The site where a 19-year-old maritime student was killed in Cavite was razed by fire. 

According to a report on “24 Oras” on Thursday, residents in the area are clueless about how the fire started. 

The fire reportedly happened after the police left the crime scene.
