UP Baguio suspends classes, work over bomb threat

The University of the Philippines Baguio suspended classes and work on Wednesday after students and faculty received a bomb threat through an anonymous email.

In a social media post, UP Baguio said the threats were received at 11:41 a.m. and 11:46 a.m. through the University Student Council’s email account and a faculty member’s email.

UP Baguio Chancellor Joel Addawe ordered the evacuation of students, instructors, and personnel to the Oblation Grounds and the Baguio Convention Center, according to a report by Super Radyo dzBB’s Carlos Mateo.
