They were nabbed on Monday in an operation of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Batangas Provincial Field Unit in and the San Juan Municipal Police Station.

Authorities seized three caliber .45 pistols and another firearm from the operation.

Police said the three men were allegedly selling and possessing firearms without the necessary licenses or permits, violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

According to the police, the suspects may be involved in gunrunning activities in the area.
