Couple stabbed to death in South Cotabato

A couple died after they were stabbed multiple times inside their house in Barangay Moloy in Surallah, South Cotabato last April 30.

According to a report in “Balitanghali,” the victims, identified as alias “Nene” and alias “Boboy”, were resting when the former’s past lover, alias “Tonton”, stormed inside the house and stabbed them.

The couple’s lifeless bodies were only discovered the day after.

The suspect was eventually arrested. The bolo believed to have been used in the crime was also recovered.

The police said that jealousy could be the motive behind the crime as the victims were supposed to get married in June.

The suspect will face charges but he has yet to give a comment on the matter. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/KG, GMA News
