2 missing boys found dead inside vehicle in Naga City, Cebu 

Two 7-year-old boys were found dead inside a vehicle in Cebu, on Wednesday, May 20 after they went missing on Sunday, May 17.

According to the report of Super Radyo Cebu’s Joann Gantalao on Thursday, the victims were found inside a parked vehicle at Purok Yosom Sitio Bantayan, Brgy. Tuyan in Naga City.

But the City of Naga Police said that there is no foul play behind the children’s death.

City of Naga Police station chief Police Lieutenant Colonel Dexter Calacar said the parents of the children went to the police to report.

Based on CCTV footage, police investigation showed that the two boys were playing and reached the parking area where the vehicle was found. The victims possibly went inside the vehicle and were locked, the police said.

Further, the vehicle where the victims were found have been parked in the said area for a long time after its owner died, the report added. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/LDF, GMA News
