Health workers respond to childbirth by roadside in Taytay, Rizal 

A group of healthcare workers in Taytay, Rizal sprang into action to help a woman who was giving birth on the street in Taytay, Rizal.

According to a report in “24 Oras” on Thursday, Michelle Adones was getting off her company's shuttle bus when she heard someone calling for help. She turned and saw a woman lying on the ground, in labor.

She immediately called her colleagues, including nurses and other workers from the hospital where they worked.

The good Samaritans did not leave the woman until the ambulance arrived. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/BM, GMA News
