INFOGRAPHIC: Binays running in the 2013 elections

Vice President Jejomar Binay may not be running in this year's election, but at least three other Binays are.

Three of Binay's five children are running in the 2013 polls: Maria Lourdes "Nancy" Binay-Angeles is running for senator, her first elective post, while Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin "Junjun" Binay Jr. and Makati Rep. Abigail Binay-Campos are running for re-election.

All of them are running under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), which was formed by their father with former President Joseph Estrada for the May elections.

VP Binay's wife Elenita also served as mayor of Makati for one term. Their daughter Marita Angeline has taken the place of Nancy as her father's executive assistant, while the youngest, Joanna Marie Blanca, has just graduated from college.

There are two other Binays running in the 2013 elections: Charlyn Binay and Jesus Severino Binay, who are running for councilor in Barbaza, Antique and Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental respectively. The Office of VP Binay, however, could not immediately confirm if they are related to the Vice President. - design by Den Fajardo/data collected by Andreo Calonzo/text by Kimberly Jane Tan/RSJ/YA, GMA News
