Party-list group ng LGBT at taga-media at showbiz, kabilang sa mga grupong inalis ng Comelec

Kabilang ang party-list group ng lesbian, gay, bisexual, at transgender (LGBT) na Ang LADLAD sa 39 na grupong tinanggal sa listahan ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) matapos mabigong makakuha ng hanggang dalawang porsiyentong boto sa halalan ng party-list system.
 
Sa Resolution No. 9932 na ipinalabas ng Comelec nitong Huwebes, nakasaad na inalis din sa listahan ang 39 na party-list group dahil nabigong makakuha ng upuan sa Kongreso matapos ang nagdaang dalawang halalan.

Ang grupong nananalo sa party-list system ay nabibigyan ng upuan sa Kamara de Represenantes bilang kinatawan ng sektor na kanilang kinabibilangan.

Kinansela rin ng Comelec ang rehistrasyon ng mga grupo na binubuo ng:

Nakasaad din sa resolusyon ang, "automatic review of accredited party-list groups whose registrations are retained shall not be implemented for the 2016 National and Local Elections."

Ipinaliwanag din ng Comelec na, "however, noted that the ruling “is without prejudice to the failure of the retained party-list groups or organizations to file a manifestation of intent to participate in the 2016 National and Local Elections, and to the filing of any petitions for cancellation or disqualification against any party, organization, or coalition and/or its nominees for the 2016 National and Local Elections.” — FRJ, GMA News
