Ukraine claims strike on oil refinery, port infrastructure in Russia's Tuapse

KYIV, Ukraine - Ukraine said on Friday it had struck an oil refinery and seaport infrastructure in Russia's Black Sea port of Tuapse, a location repeatedly attacked in recent weeks, causing a fire in reservoirs.
