RAINFALL ALERT: Yellow in Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga (Monday, 8 a.m.)

PAGASA raised the yellow rainfall warning over Zambales and four other areas on Monday at 8 a.m. due to heavy rains from the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Yellow rainfall warning (Flooding in flood-prone areas):

• Zambales
• Bataan
• Tarlac (San Clemente, Camiling, Mayantoc, Santa Ignacia, Moncada, Paniqui, San Manuel, Anao, Bamban, San Jose, Capas, Gerona, Tarlac City)
• Nueva Ecija (Cuyapo, Nampicuan, Carranglan, Lupao, Talugtug)
• Pampanga (Porac, Floridablanca, Mabalacat, Angeles)

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains meanwhile are to be expected over the following areas in the next three hours:

• Metro Manila (Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Quezon City)
• Rizal (Rodriguez, San Mateo)

Meanwhile, the following areas are experiencing light to moderate with occasional heavy rains which may persist within three hours and affect areas nearby:

• Pampanga (Santa Rita, Guagua, Lubao, Sasmuan, Arayat, Bacolor, San Fernando, Macabebe, Magalang, Masantol, Mexico, Minalin, Santa Ana, Santo Tomas, Apalit, Candaba, San Luis, San Simon)
• Bulacan (Calumpit, Hagonoy)
• Nueva Ecija (Cabiao, Gapan, General Tinio, San Antonio, San Isidro, Aliaga, Bongabon, Cabanatuan, Gabaldon, General Mamerto Natividad, Guimba, Jaen, Laur, Licab, Llanera, Palayan, Pantabangan, Penaranda, Quezon, Rizal, San Jose, San Leonardo, Santa Rosa, Santo Domingo, Muñoz, Talavera, Zaragoza)
• Tarlac (Concepcion, La Paz, Pura, Ramos, Victoria)
