ITCZ, northeasterly winds to bring rains over parts of PH
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies, rain showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan, while the northeasterly windflow will affect parts of Northern Luzon.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin on Thursday, PAGASA also said it is not monitoring any low pressure area in and out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a result of the ITCZ.
The northeasterly windflow will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, and Marinduque.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
