PAGASA: Visayas, Mindanao to experience isolated rains due to ITCZ
Three weather systems are affecting parts of the country, which may bring isolated rains, PAGASA said.
This developed as the state weather bureau said it is monitoring a tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
The cyclone is spotted 2,340 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon, with maximum sustained wind of 45 km/h. It is moving northwestward at 20 km/h.
Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains as a result of the Northeasterly Windflow.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
