THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: Moderate to heavy rains over parts of Bulacan, NCR, other areas

Parts of Bulacan, the National Capital Region (NCR), and other areas will have moderate to heavy rain showers within the next two hours, PAGASA said in its thunderstorm advisory issued at 1:15 p.m.

PAGASA said the following areas will experience moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds:

• Bulacan (Doña Remedios Trinidad, Norzagaray, Hagonoy, Paombong, Calumpit, Malolos, Pulilan, Plaridel, Marilao, San Jose del Monte, Santa Maria, Meycauayan, Obando, Bulakan, Guiguinto, Balagtas, Bocaue, Pandi, and Angat);
• Metro Manila or NCR: (Navotas, Malabon, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Manila, Quezon City, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Marikina, and Pasig);
• Quezon (Macalelon, General Luna, Catanauan, Lopez, Gumaca, Pitogo, Calauag, Quezon, Mauban, Plaridel, Unisan, Alabat, Perez, Panukulan, Agdangan, Atimonan, Padre Burgos, Pagbilao, Tagkawayan, Guinayangan, Tayabas, Lucena, Sampaloc, Lucban, Polillo, Burdeos, Patnanungan, Real, Infanta, and General Nakar); and
• Rizal (Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Antipolo, San Mateo, and Rodriguez).

"All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides," PAGASA said. —KG, GMA News
